Private sellers and landlords: free to list. No listing fee, no percentage, no upsell to appear.

Agents and sourcers: free during launch. Approaches are capped per month so the board rewards the honest match, not the loudest budget.

Allied professionals: free during launch. Introductions are ranked on fit; there is no paid placement, and a paid tier would sort below fit if it ever existed.
